The Surrounding Area

We are situated above the picturesque Teifi Valley midway between the small and friendly market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn.
Within 10 miles there are many of Ceredigion's and North Pembrokeshire's lovely sandy beaches and coves, most of them with the 'blue flag' and 'green coast' awards.
Cardigan Bay is a special area of conservation (the UK's first marine heritage coast). With a resident population of bottlenosed dolphins, porpoises, grey seals and rare sea birds.
For walkers there is the coastal path, Teifi-marshes trail or directly from Blaenpant, a circular walk to Cenarth with its water falls, pubs and tea rooms and an excelent indoor swimming pool.
A wide choice of outdoor activities, watersports, angling, rock climbing, go-karting, horse riding, dolphin and bird watching is available.
Many places to visit, events, bicycle routes, mountain bike trails etc for any age or inclination. (Please see links page for further information).

And last not least there is a different culture to discover with its own history, language and way of being, a slower pace of life, warm and welcoming. Come and find out!
